The US Travel Association has announced the 2018 winners of the Destinations Council Destiny Awards and the National Council of State Tourism Directors' Mercury Awards.
Travel Portland (OR) took 2 Destiny Awards, for "Branding and integrated marketing campaign with budget $5M-$10M" and "International marketing".
Big winners of Mercury Awards were Montana Office of Tourism ("Branding and integrated marketing campaign with budget <$10M", "Printed collateral materials", and "Social media campaign". Travel Oregon scored 2 wins, for "International marketing" and "Special projects".
The Maine Office of Tourism was the sole New England winner, for "Broadcast advertising: television".
