The Malta Tourism Authority has issued an RFP for an agency to develop:
"a new international advertising brand concept for the Maltese Islands for the next 3 years as well as a unique logo that shall be used in MTA’s marketing activity overseas."
Interested agencies must register by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to receive a copy of the full RFP.
Closing date for proposals is 16 February 2017.
Quoting from the MTA site:
"The MTA is the tourism industry’s regulator and motivator, its business partner, the country’s brand promoter, and is here to form, maintain and manage meaningful partnerships with all tourism stakeholders."
So the agency that gets this job needs to be comfortable with working as a government contractor, with all that entails.
Chief Marketing Officer is Carlo Micallef who has been with MTA since 2003.
