A completely open-ended enquiry form offers no suggestions as to topics or what the conference tracks will be. But the website claims 8 "streams", 50 sessions, 110+ speakers.

Organizers are also seeking exhibitors (another open-ended form).
For attendees, an early-bird all-access pass costs $995 through 30 April, then increases in steps to ultimate $1595. So obviously the organizers consider this to be a serious and valuable event.
