From organizers Fundacio Bit (technology innovation and development branch of the Government of the Balearic Islands of Spain):
"In November, 29th and 30th 2018, representatives of public administrations, entrepreneurs, researchers, professors, students and professionals of different areas, among others, will meet to discuss and analyze the topic related to Internet of Things and its opportunities for the tourism industry. The aim of INTO Seminar is to foster the transfer of knowledge and promote innovation throughout the entire value chain in the tourism industry in order to improve the competitiveness of the Balearic Islands."
But looking at the program, I can see that the content of this seminar is relevant far beyond the Balaeric Islands. Topics include:
- IoT and the choice of tourism destination
- IoT and increasing smart mobility at the destination
- New ideas and business models based on IoT
Speakers include reps from:
- Huawei Technologies
- Palladium Hotel Group
Seminar also includes a "Brokerage Event" organized by the Enterprise Europe Network that consists of 20-minute one-on-one meetings between participants, for the purpose of finding international business and technology partners.
Also an exhibition hall featuring tourism and hospitality technology vendors will be open throughout the two days.
I was unable to find any information about registration fees on the website. But here's contact e-mail and phone:

Should be an interesting conference for anyone who's interested in the technology aspects of tourism and can hop over to Mallorca on fairly short notice.
