A new survey by staffing consultants Mondo finds that 61% of digital marketing professionals believe MarTech budgets will increase in 2018, and 63% expect to be adding staff.

Data and Analytics specialists are expected to be most in demand, commanding salaries of $85k - $210k and a contractor rate of $95/hour.

Other specialties expected to be hired include E-commerce; SEO, Content and UX; Paid Search and Ad Tech; E-mail Marketing; and Social Media & CRM – with salaries ranging from $55K to $200K and contract rates of $70-$120/hour.
